Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator in Monroe Township, NJ, to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding equipment. You will troubleshoot processes, perform minor machine maintenance, and ensure GMP compliance while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities include operating multiple machines, inspecting bottles, recording daily production data, and escalating quality issues. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: basic math and computer skills; blow mold experience preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training or equivalent is expected within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; wear appropriate PPE.
• Prepare daily production reports and document line efficiencies.
• Inspect bottles, perform quality checks and regrinds as needed.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities and quality issues promptly.
