Job summary

Altium Packaging in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Machine Operator to operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding equipment and support the production line. You will troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance to ensure continuous operation while adhering to GMP standards and safety policies.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, with preference for blow mold experience. Training within 90 days of hire will be provided, with overtime as needed in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to support continuous production.
• Follow GMP, safety policies, and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other metrics.
• Inspect bottle quality and packaging, and perform weights and quality checks.
