Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for the 8-hour, 3rd shift at our Monroe Township, NJ facility. The role operates blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines, handling grinders, trimmers, and conveyors to maintain production of quality bottles.

The candidate will troubleshoot process issues, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure GMP compliance. OSHA-style safety and punctuality are expected; overtime may be required depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles and ensure quality.
• Perform bottle inspections, weights and quality checks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs on molding equipment.
• Follow GMP, safety policies, and proper PPE usage at all times.
• Document production reports, rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies, and line minutes.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
