Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Proven teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Strong troubleshooting of automated systems and variances.
• Knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding equipment, including preform conveyors, ovens, blow molders, and airveyors.
• Perform line changeovers for multiple bottle types, resins, and configurations.
• Conduct quality checks, preventive maintenance, and sanitation.
• Diagnose alarms, access system reports, and take corrective actions.
• Operate forklifts for material handling and staging.
• Maintain production logs and equipment documentation for traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot variances.
• Support audits and implementation of new packaging processes.
• Lead SOP creation and line documentation updates.
• Train new team members on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Communicate updates across shifts and departments.
