Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate and maintain automated packaging equipment at the Auburndale, FL facility. You will support changeovers, ensure line performance and quality, and assist with material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and ability to read technical instructions in English are essential. Forklift certification and 8‑hour shift availability with overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Ability to work safely and reliably in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience operating automated production/packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging operations to maintain line performance and quality.
• Set up, operate and monitor automated packaging equipment (case packers, palletizers).
• Perform changeovers by adjusting conveyors and controls for different sizes.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Complete package integrity testing and identify defects, escalate as needed.
• Support forklift drivers and assist with material flow issues.
• Maintain accurate data entry on production systems during operations.
• Identify anomalies, troubleshoot to minimize downtime with maintenance teams.
• Clean and sanitize lines and work areas per safety standards.
