Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Ability to work safely and exceed reliability/quality expectations.
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
• High mechanical aptitude with understanding of machine sequencing and troubleshooting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and communicating technical instructions in English.
• Valid forklift certification for production environments.
• Willingness to work an eight-hour shift with overtime as needed.
• Comfort with production data systems and human‑machine interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging lines and changeovers.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product integrity and labeling accuracy.
• Assist material handling and support forklift operations.
• Record production data and monitor line performance.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance to resolve recurring problems.
• Clean and sanitize lines and work areas, uphold safety standards.
