Coca-Cola in Auburndale, FL is hiring a Blow Mold Operator to support bottle production. You will operate blow molding lines, perform changeovers, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or blow molding operations.
Certification in forklift and high-lift operation or readiness to achieve certification within designated timeframes.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret technical documentation and safety instructions.
Demonstrated ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing and walking for extended periods.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and extended hours, to meet production demands.
Proven success in working collaboratively within team-oriented and high-speed manufacturing environments.
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting automated systems, monitoring performance indicators, and applying problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge of safety practices and adherence to established manufacturing protocols in environments with heat, noise, moving equipment, and exposure to chemicals.
Comfortable working in conditions involving temperature changes, vibrations, heights, and other typical manufacturing variables.

Responsibilities

Operate blow molding equipment and related conveyors according to SOPs.
Execute equipment changeovers for multiple bottle types and line configurations.
Complete quality checks, preventive maintenance, and sanitation activities.
Diagnose and respond to machine alarms and system reports to prevent downtime.
Safely operate forklifts for material handling.
Maintain operations logs and equipment documentation for traceability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot variances and drive improvements.
Support audits, equipment overhauls, and new packaging processes.
Lead process standardization and help create/update SOPs and line documentation.
Serve as primary trainer for new team members.
Communicate across shifts to share updates and plan daily operations.
