Amcor LLC is seeking a Blow Mold Operator to efficiently run blow mold machines and support equipment, ensuring high-quality bottles while meeting production targets in a fast-paced setting.

You will follow production schedules, perform start-up/shut-down, maintain housekeeping, monitor quality, and record data. Forklift operation and safety are essential, with adherence to all PPE and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to start up and shut down all injection machinery and supporting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keeps blow mold machines running to meet production targets.
• Follows production schedules and communicates changes.
• Start-up and shut down of blow mold machine and supporting equipment.
• Maintains daily housekeeping and cleanliness in the area.
• Checks quality and makes adjustments to fix defects.
• Documents quality checks, downtime and data entry.
• Operates forklift safely and efficiently.
• Familiar with related software and equipment for production.
