Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities in Blood Sciences.
• Manage facilities and staff across sites (Freeman Hospital and RVI).
• deputise for Operational Site Manager when needed.
• Coordinate activity and ensure high quality diagnostic service.
• Ensure safety, quality control and CPD participation.
