Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor Services Supervisor to lead the donor collection team, ensure safe and compliant blood collection, and drive high-quality outcomes. This role requires phlebotomy proficiency, CDL familiarity, and strong staff leadership in a healthcare setting.

The position focuses on managing site operations, coordinating drives, and maintaining donor relationships while upholding Versiti’s safety standards and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform phlebotomy and donor screening.
• Proven ability to lead a donor collection team and coach staff.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and safety requirements in blood collection.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze donor information and improve drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor collection team and ensure quality, on-time delivery of work.
• Perform phlebotomy, donor screening, and related equipment setup.
• Train and mentor team members; manage site operations and safety.
• Maintain donor relations and coordinate rebooking and future drives.
• Adhere to DOT, regulatory, and internal SOPs at all times.
