Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers to ensure blood drives achieve goal through drive management activities.
• Provide oversight and record keeping to ensure blood drives are properly managed.
• Provide routine organizational and operational support to blood drive coordinators.
• May schedule education programs for Sponsor contact and recruitment groups.
• Cover vacant territories and work with local volunteers and leadership on blood drive management.
• Maintain accurate system records to provide tracking and statistical data on Sponsor group performance.
• Utilize tools and strategy provided by the organization to enhance customer service and productivity.
