Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of blood banking or proven outside sales experience.
• Experience in outside sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License without major infractions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Donor Resources Department to align production with organizational goals.
• Supervise blood drive logistics and rebooking with Account Managers.
• Evaluate staff metrics and manage accordingly.
