KEDPLASMA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our donor-focused team in a fast-paced center. You will guide donors through the plasma donation process, perform venipuncture, monitor donor well-being, and help maintain a clean, compliant center environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and phlebotomy certification preferred; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience is desired. California requires certification. This role emphasizes safety and donor care.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide donors through the plasma donation process.
• Perform venipuncture procedures and monitor donors during plasmapheresis.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming donation center.
• Set up and operate donation machines and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Ensure proper labeling of samples and accurate donor data entry.
