Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.

Responsabilités

• Take time to connect with donors and explain the impact of donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming donor environment.
• Be detail oriented to ensure collected blood meets regulatory and safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and set up/tear down equipment at sites.
