The American Red Cross seeks a phlebotomy-leaning team member to support blood collection at collection sites across Michigan. You will engage with donors, ensure a welcoming environment, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards while collecting lifesaving blood donations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills required.
• A valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, stairs, and long hours; height requirement may apply for vehicle operation (60 inches).
• Basic computer skills required; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with donors to explain impact of donation.
• Create a welcoming environment for donors and encourage return visits.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure blood collection meets safety and regulatory standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites; height requirement may apply.
