Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and strong verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• DOT certification required; medical certification for offers (1 year).
• Physical requirements: lift/push/pull, long hours, 60-inch min height.
• Experience with mobile blood drives and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with donors and explain the impact of donating.
• Work with teammates to create a welcoming environment.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure correct, safe blood collection.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and set up/tear down equipment; height requirement 60 inches.
