Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and long hours; height minimum may be required to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Take the time to personally connect with donors – listen to their stories and explain the impact of donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment so donors feel comfortable returning.
• Be detailed oriented to ensure blood collected meets goals and safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites; minimum height may be required to operate vehicles.
