Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Take the time to personally connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors at collection sites.
• Be detail oriented to ensure blood collection meets regulatory requirements and can be transfused safely.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment at donation sites; may drive Red Cross vehicles.
