ImpactLife in Crestwood, MO seeks a Collection Specialist to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. This is a Full Time position (30+ hours) with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends, supporting donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy.

Qualifications

Customer service experience and enjoy working with the public.
Understand importance of following standard operating procedures.
Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals and phlebotomy.
Provide donor care during the donation process.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
