Job summary

ImpactLife in Peoria, IL is seeking a Collection Specialist to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. This is a full-time position (30+ hours) with a schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, along with providing compassionate donor care throughout the donation process. Training may be required away from home for up to two weeks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work with the public.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Able to work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Willing to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report required.

Job description

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
