Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team in Davenport, IA. This full-time role involves donor registrations, screenings, phlebotomy, and providing donor care during the donation process.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Able to work with the public and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Maintain a stable work history and reliability.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures.

• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license in your state and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
