Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. This full-time role (30+ hours/week) involves donor registrations, screenings, physicals, phlebotomy, and providing donor care throughout the donation process.

You will work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends, with paid training, competitive pay with shift/weekend premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
