ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist to support the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. This full-time role involves donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, with donor care during the donation process.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
