Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical, clerical, and service staff daily.
• Organize and schedule Lab staff tasks with Lab Managers.
• Assist technologists with technical issues and result interpretation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain SOPs and records; manage inventory and supplies.
• Oversee staff training, competency assessments, and QC activities.
