Job summary

Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a skilled Blood Bank Laboratory Supervisor in Boston, MA. This role will oversee daily operations within a high-volume transfusion services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient testing services through effective leadership and mentoring of staff.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical laboratory expertise, prior supervisory experience, and knowledge of regulatory compliance. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Technologist or similar role.
• Previous Lead, Senior Technologist, or Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Blood Bank operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Blood Bank department.
• Ensure laboratory testing is performed accurately and results are reported timely.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel.
