Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences.
• ASCP certification/BOC required.
• 4 years laboratory experience and 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of laboratory staff and activities.
• Organize, schedule, and assign duties with Laboratory Managers.
• Assist technologists with technical issues and results interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality control.
