Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• LIC-Medical Laboratory Act - Tennessee certification
• LIC-Medical Technologist - ASCP certification

Responsibilities

• Lead with manager to optimize operational processes and meet quality standards within Laboratory services.
• Participate in staff selection, training, and competency assessments; provide performance feedback.
• Develop and implement quality control/assurance programs including proficiency testing and peer review.
• Maintain activities and documents to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
