Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• ASCP certification (MT/MLS) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise laboratory activities with data collection, records, and reporting.
• Oversee laboratory safety, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
• Manage staff scheduling, priorities, and performance evaluations; organize training.
• Foster coaching, mentoring, and effective communication within the team.
• Maintain knowledge of CLIA and other regulatory standards for testing compliance.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, data analysis tools, and quality management.
• Participate in cost analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
