Job summary

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Technical Operations Support Engineer. You will build a new support framework, monitor production systems for the Blockchain Incubator's apps, and serve as the first-line responder for incidents outside regular hours.

You will document runbooks, craft proactive dashboards, and work with cross-functional teams to improve stability and serviceability. 2–5 years in ops/DevOps is required, with strong scripting and tooling experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in technical operations support or DevOps.
• Proficiency in the full production incident lifecycle.
• Experience building and documenting runbooks and using Jira/ServiceNow.
• Ability to craft proactive dashboards with CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Diagnostics: parse logs (JSON/XML) and test via Postman/cURL.
• Code literacy in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Go/Rust/Java; use Git/GitHub.
