Job summary

Tempo, the layer-1 blockchain for stablecoins and real-world payments, is seeking a full-stack engineer to bring Tempo Wallet and customer integrations to life across startups, mid-market companies, and enterprise partners.

You will move between building products and deploying them in customer environments, collaborating with production-grade systems and cross-functional teams to ship secure, scalable payments and crypto solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with hands-on production systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in crypto or blockchain.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the United States for partner engagements.
• Track record shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for agents and users.
• Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment flows.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area.
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to ship products.
• Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product and developer experience.
