Job summary

Tempo is building a layer-1 blockchain for stablecoins and real-world payments. We’re seeking a capable full-stack engineer to help put Tempo in the hands of users through both first-party products and customer integrations.

You’ll work across production-grade systems, partnering with startups and enterprises to deploy solutions, learn the product deeply, and contribute to more stable and scalable payments at speed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering with production systems experience.
• Hands-on crypto experience or interest in blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
• Proven ability to ship reliable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and first-party apps on Tempo platform.
• Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into payment flows.
• Develop deep understanding of Tempo blockchain and product surface.
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases to ship features quickly.
• Gather learnings to improve product, developer experience, and blockchain.
