As a full-stack engineer, you will ship first-party applications like Tempo Wallet and collaborate with customers to weave Tempo into their stablecoin flows, working with production-grade blockchain systems and money movement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ year in crypto.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within the US to work with partners when needed.
• Track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter.
• Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for agents and humans.
• Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area.
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to get products shipped.
• Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself.
