Job summary

Tempo is hiring a full-stack engineer to help put the Tempo blockchain in the hands of real users, building Tempo Wallet and integrating with customer payment flows. You’ll work closely with production-grade systems and money movement flows.

This role suits a former founder or someone who wants to start a company, offering exposure across startups, mid-market, and enterprise environments, spanning product building and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ year in crypto.
• Strong communication across technical and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel within the US to work with partners when needed.
• Track record of shipping mission-critical systems with safety and reliability.
• Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality.

• Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself

The Role

You’ll help put the Tempo blockchain in the hands of real users. That happens in two ways: building first‑party products like Tempo Wallet, and working directly with customers to integrate Tempo into their stablecoin flows. You’ll work closely with production grade blockchain systems, money movement flows.

This role is a strong fit for a former founder, or someone who wants to start a company one day. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of business‑critical payments and crypto problems across startups, mid‑market companies, and enterprises. You’ll move between building products and deploying them inside customer environments, gaining a deep understanding of the full product, integration, and go‑to‑market cycle.
