Job summary

Tempo is building a layer-1 blockchain for stablecoins and on-chain payments. You will help put Tempo in the hands of real users by building first-party products like Tempo Wallet and by integrating Tempo into customers' payment flows.

Qualifications

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech. The Role

You’ll help put the Tempo blockchain in the hands of real users. That happens in two ways: building first-party products like Tempo Wallet, and working directly with customers to integrate Tempo into their stablecoin flows. You’ll work closely with production grade blockchain systems, money movement flows. This role is a strong fit for a former founder, or someone who wants to start a company one day. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of business-critical payments and crypto problems across startups, mid‑market companies, and enterprises. You’ll move between building products and deploying them inside customer environments, gaining a deep understanding of the full product, integration, and go-to-market cycle.
