Job summary

Relay, Uneven Labs, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to triage tickets, investigate issues, and translate daily support work into better systems for customers and the team.

You will own front-line support in specified US time zones and work with the engineering and product teams to drive resolution and improvements. This role requires clear communication, strong ownership, and comfort with blockchain concepts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer or technical support experience in the tech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and software tooling fluency, including everyday use of AI tools.
• Experience triaging competing priorities in real time.
• A track record of turning recurring support issues into systems or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own front-line support in specific time zone hours.
• Triage and debug customer issues using backend logs, transaction records, and block explorers.
• Translate support work into better systems through documentation and feedback for product and engineering.
• Build fluency with on-chain transaction flows for end users and integrators.
• Escalate the right issues to engineering with enough context.
• Take on an increasing share of ticket volume to scale the team’s capacity.
