Ibstock Plc in Sheffield, UK, is seeking a Production Operative with concrete block press or machine setting experience to join our Anstone factory. This full-time role offers a 4-on/4-off rotating shift from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, totaling 42 hours per week.

You will clean machinery, operate mobile plant, support process improvements, and uphold 5S and health and safety standards while contributing to production targets. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise workload on a rotating shift.
• Clean machinery and plant in a hands-on role.
• Operate mobile plant as required.
• Grease and oil production plant.
• Follow health, safety, quality and environmental systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement.
• Assist production when required.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Help develop SSOPs and risk assessments.
