Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing seeks a Blending Technician to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will batch products by mixing formulas and following precise procedures, ensuring accuracy, traceability and compliance with GMP standards.

The role requires reading specifications, maintaining records, and coordinating with the production team. Based in Minnesota with day/shift options, the position includes a focus on sanitation, safety, and collaborative problem solving to meet quality

Qualifications

• Experience in blending or manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Mix formulas according to written procedures.
• Follow blending leadership on batching schedule and housekeeping.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Verify ingredients, quantities, expiration dates, and quality prior to batch start.
• Complete batch sheets, blending instructions, and sanitation logs.
• Maintain ingredient traceability and inventory integrity using data systems.
