Job summary

Maker's Pride in Minnesota is seeking a Blender operator to ensure precise weighing, blending, and labeling of products per customer specifications. This role has no supervisory authority and requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities include reading blend sheets, operating a pallet jack, performing quality checks, entering data in the inventory system, and maintaining a clean work area. Health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits begin after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend Blend Sheets and precisely weigh product according to batch specification.
• Perform routine cleaning on blending equipment and containers.
• Transport bulk product by operating pallet jack.
• Input data into the inventory control system computer program.
• Read and record product codes.
• Create proper product tags using inventory control system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
