Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing seeks a production assembler to support kit assembly and ingredient pre-weighing in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will batch beverage products, ensure accurate records, and follow detailed recipes to meet product specifications.

The role requires English reading ability, a strong mechanical background, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards. Training on SAP and office tools is provided, with a 12-hour day shift and rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a high-speed production environment.
• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Pre-weigh ingredients following specific recipes.
• Batches soft drinks and energy drinks.
• Maintains cleanliness of areas responsible for.
• Monitors activities in area of responsibility at all times during shift.
• Ensures that every detail and specification of each product is met.
• Is responsible to follow recipes and directions, “to the letter”
• Conducts physical counts on customer owned inventories
• Must learn and apply new processes and procedures in area of responsibility.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead.
• Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
• Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.
