Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Blending Technician for a leading beverage manufacturer in Cold Spring, MN. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a day shift with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and a competitive hourly wage of $19.00–$21.50 plus $2.00 per hour for night differential.

You will batch drinks, sanitize equipment, and input data into the digital HMI and recipe documentation. The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, familiarity with forklifts, and strong

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to regularly bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Experience in production/warehouse environments, including knowledge of forklifts and damp floors.
• Willingness to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and production chemicals.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces and with high pressure steam.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production line changes meet objectives including changes to technology and systems, changes to business processes, and changes in organizational structure.
• Strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projects.
• Attend training on new processes and equipment.
• Sanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment.
• Batch soft drinks, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks.
• Understand, input and record correct data onto/into our digital HMI system and physical recipe documentation.
• Offload tanker trailers of ingredients required for production of high-quality beverages.
• Operate equipment in a safe and secure manner.
• Maintain tool quality and inform Supervisor/Lead if new ones are required for job.
• Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met.
