The role involves operating and maintaining Filler/Blender machines, training, completing hourly records, and ensuring accurate labeling and CO2 levels. The position offers day and night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Support new production initiatives, including technology, systems, processes, and job roles.
• Participate in training for new processes and equipment, including self-study.
• Clean Filler/Blender machines and production lines per schedule.
• Operate Filler/Blender machines and perform maintenance checks.
• Complete required hourly records.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Ensure proper labels, lids, and CO2 levels; take corrective actions as needed.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors or customers.

Compensation: $19.00-$21.50 per hour

Schedule: Days & Nights | 5:45am/pm-6:00am/pm | rotating 2-2-3 schedule

What You'll Do

• Support new production initiatives, including technology, systems, processes, and job roles, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training
• Participate in training for new processes and equipment, including self-study
• Clean Filler/Blender machines and production lines per schedule
• Operate Filler/Blender machines and perform maintenance checks
• Complete required hourly records
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas
• Ensure proper labels, lids, and CO2 levels, taking corrective actions as needed

What You Need to Bring

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred
