Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Blender for a food production company in St. Peter, MN. In this role, you will batch and blend ingredients for large production runs, support product quality and food safety, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The position is temporary, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay. Candidates should be able to lift up to 55 pounds, read and follow instructions in English, and work well in a fast-paced team environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and ability to weigh ingredients accurately.

• Previous food manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Blender workers for a food production company in St. Peter, MN. What You'll Do as a Blender

• Batch and blend food product ingredients according to production formulas
• Accurately weigh raw ingredients using scales and document lot numbers, ingredient usage, and batch information
• Lift and dump ingredient bags weighing up to 55 pounds into mixers and super sacs
• Operate mixers, related production equipment, and a forklift
• Stage and organize ingredients and clean containers, blending equipment, and work areas
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, sanitation, PPE, and workplace safety procedures
• Verify proper labels and batch records for traceability and report spills, deviations, or production issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor

What You Need to Bring to the Blender Role

• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and dump up to 55 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods
• Basic math skills with the ability to read scales and accurately weigh ingredients
• Ability to read, write, and follow written work instructions in English
• Ability to work around dusty ingredients, varying temperatures, routine noise, and industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness
• Previous food manufacturing or ingredient handling experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred
