Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Technical Brewer for a leading beverage manufacturer in Cold Spring, MN. The role involves hands-on beer production, quality testing, and equipment sanitation on a rotating night shift.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-speed production environment in the past 3 years.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and production chemicals.
• Must be able to regularly bend, lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples of product for testing and quality verification.
• Sanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment following safety procedures.
• Stage beer and monitor critical temperatures throughout the process.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and warehouse areas.

What You'll Do

Collect samples of product for testing and quality verificationSanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment, following all appropriate Safety and Quality proceduresStages the beer, especially monitoring critical temperature requirements of the processMonitor product appropriately throughout the processMaintain cleanliness of areas responsible forResponsible for letting the treatment plant know of any unusual sewage loadsResponsible for the kegs, including washing, filling, hauling, and recording productionPerform all other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor/customerAdhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee HandbookAdhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety

What You Need to Bring
