Job summary

IFF in New Century, KS is seeking a Blending Packaging Technician to operate and troubleshoot all packaging lines, ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities include completing production paperwork, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting maintenance tasks while adhering to GMP and plant safety policies.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, the ability to read and follow procedures, and willingness to work the evening shift and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to safety standards.
• Ability to read and verbalize information in manuals and charts.
• Willingness to wear PPE and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Evening shift availability (3:45 PM–2:45 AM) and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot packaging lines and equipment.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain raw material inventory and finished goods records.
• Uphold GMP, food safety and sanitation policies.
• Identify hazards and communicate with Production Management.
