Job summary

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, follow procedures, and strong safety and teamwork mindset; basic computer skills like Microsoft Outlook are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate packaging and production equipment while maintaining efficiency and product quality.
• Package, label, code, and mark finished products accurately and in compliance with procedures.
• Complete product sampling activities and communicate results with Quality and Laboratory teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation throughout the shift.
• Support equipment changeovers and line transitions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect packaging materials and report quality concerns to leadership.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment following safety procedures.
