Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Blending Operator for the second shift in St. Charles, IL. The role focuses on producing high-quality blends, following the daily schedule, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

You will lead the blending line and support teammates while ensuring accurate formulation and proper use of tools. Required are a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for most of the shift, and familiarity with safety and GMP practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.
• Basic safety awareness and compliance with GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the daily blending schedule and shift expectations.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and inspect forms as needed.
• Measure, blend, or dump formulas according to batch instructions.
• Verify ingredients and sequence, using color codes and correct tools.
• Transport materials using pallet jacks and maintain 5S standards.
• Lead blending activities and support team members on the line.
