Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Experience in blending/production operations preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance metrics to team members.
• Enforce safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and safety training.
• Oversee schedules to ensure product readiness.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Investigate incidents and document corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit end-of-shift and incident reports.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Manage employee schedules, staffing, and training.
