Job summary

Circle U Foods, Inc. is seeking a Blending Supervisor to lead the daily blending operations in a food manufacturing environment.

You will supervise Blending Leads and Associates, ensuring products are blended accurately per formulas, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating with Quality and other departments as needed. The role requires hands-on leadership, safety focus, and the ability to troubleshoot blending processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily blending operations and supervise staff to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with Assistant Production Manager and other departments on schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Monitor yields, waste, and equipment performance; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and lot tracking.
• Promote safety, training, and continuous improvement within the team.
