Job summary

ADM is seeking a Blender Operator in Winter Haven, FL to blend, filter, wash and package products for sale and internal use. You will weigh ingredients, sample products, handle liquid and dry ingredients, and operate packaging lines from 1 oz to 6500 gallon tankers.

The role requires a GED, basic math, and 1+ year blending/mixing experience. 12-hour shifts, 7 days on/off, with a comprehensive benefits package and $18.00-$22.00 hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
• 1+ year experience blending/mixing liquids and dry ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Blend ingredients according to work orders and tickets.
• Weigh ingredients and sample products.
• Operate liquid pumps and packaging lines from 1 oz to 6500 gallon tanks.
• Forklift operation and inventory movements of products.

Blender Operator - Winter Haven, FL

Summary/Objective:

Blending, filtering, washing, and packaging of final and intermediary products for sale and internal consumption.

Essential Functions

• Follow instructions on the provided Work Orders, blend tickets, and wash tickets.
• Weighing of ingredients, sampling products.
• Handling of liquid and dry ingredients. Liquid pump operation and liquid packaging into various container sizes from 1oz. to 55-gallon drums to 6500 gallon tankers.
• Minor GC analysis for certain washes, Inventory management via paper transfer forms for creation, consumption, and movement of all handled products.
• Communication with the Formulations team and management.
• Forklift Operation.

Work Environment

• 80% Ambient/20% Air Conditioned Office

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, able to bend, stoop, stretch, reach, and duck. Moderate periods of standing.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Direct-Hourly- 7 days on/off 12-hour shifts

Required Education and Experience

• GED-HS Diploma required.
