Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC. is hiring for a SPCP Blender to batch, blend and box finished cleaning products. The role focuses on safe production and quality finished goods while following safety guidelines.

You will work as part of a three-person production team and contribute to a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities include following the production schedule, assisting with maintenance, managing raw materials, and collaborating with divisional teams to implement changes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate with employees clearly.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Team-oriented mindset and reliable work habits.
• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates safely as part of a three-person production team. Follows safety procedures and wears PPE.
• Carries out daily/weekly production schedule, minimizes waste and produces quality products.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area per the location's 5-S Program.
• Assists Lead Blender and Assistant Manager with preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assists with raw material inventory and cycle counts.
• Assists with receiving in raw materials and supplies into inventory.
• Works cross-functionally with divisional teams to implement and support system/divisional changes.
